Blessed is the man, who does not walk in the counsel of the wicked, or stand in the way of sinners, or sit in the seat of mockers.
But his delight is in the law of the Lord, and on his law he MEDITATES day and night.
As believers the ways of God should be our delight (what compels us, what moves us, and what we stand on), anything except this is not worth it.
Meditation is a process; it’s like digestion, when food gets into the mouth, then to the wind pipe, stomach and so on. All these have to be fulfilled before any growth. As believers our delight in God’s ways should lead us to meditate on it (day and night), not literally morning and evening but a symbol of constancy.
Meditating on God’s word constantly with or without the bible gets us deeper and deeper into the ways and truth of God, the deeper we get the more inclined and sensitive we are to His ways, and the meditation breaks down the word from our mind, soul, body and finally spirit. Then your life will begin to form according to Gods ways, we’ll then fit into the word that says
Blessed is the man…… Do you want to be?
